Identify Your Deadline

Your submission is due 60 days after your fiscal year end. Data from government entities are due 90 days after fiscal year end, and the final deadline for all submissions is the last day of February.

Optimize Data Extraction

Setting up efficient data extraction can save you time and reduce errors. You have two options:

  1. Set up automated extraction from your systems of record (recommended)

  2. Rely on Report Writer by AMS and schedule an on-site visit

Collect the following data:

  • Financial Performance

Enter Data

  1. Sign in using your credentials

  2. Input data for pages 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3, 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 6
