Submission Process Overview
1. Configure Your Org Chart
Before entering any compensation data, you must set up your organizational structure:
Navigate to Settings > Org Chart Configuration
Create your organizational structure (up to 7 levels)
Add position titles for each department/level
Administration Level 1 (CEO/ED) is required
Review and verify structure
2. Complete Data Entry Forms
Enter data through six online forms:
Page 1: General Information
Basic organizational details
Fiscal year information
Page 2: Personnel Policies
Salary ranges
Performance evaluation policies
Employment policies
Page 3: Principal Administrator Demographics
Contract details
Educational background
Industry experience
Page 4: Compensation
