Annual Data Submission: Overview

Before You Begin

Timeline

  • Submit data within 60 days after your fiscal year end

  • You can submit data for current and previous fiscal years

  • Bonus information can be added up to 60 days after fiscal year end

Required Access

  • Data input permission for online forms

  • Organization admin access for org chart configuration

Prerequisites

  • Know your organization's fiscal year dates

  • Have access to current compensation data

  • Understand your organizational structure

Submission Process Overview

1. Configure Your Org Chart

Before entering any compensation data, you must set up your organizational structure:

  • Navigate to Settings > Org Chart Configuration

  • Create your organizational structure (up to 7 levels)

  • Add position titles for each department/level

  • Administration Level 1 (CEO/ED) is required

  • Review and verify structure

2. Complete Data Entry Forms

Enter data through six online forms:

Page 1: General Information

  • Basic organizational details

  • Fiscal year information

Page 2: Personnel Policies

  • Salary ranges

  • Performance evaluation policies

  • Employment policies

Page 3: Principal Administrator Demographics

  • Contract details

  • Educational background

  • Industry experience

Page 4: Compensation

  • Base salary

  • Bonus/incentives

  • Deferred compensation

  • Benefits value

  • Other compensation

Page 5: Demographics

  • Employment status

  • Reporting structure

  • Position details

Page 6: Benefits

  • Benefits offerings

  • Cost sharing arrangements

  • Special benefits

3. Review and Submit

  • System checks for completeness

  • Validation of required fields

  • Error identification

  • Final submission
