What is the Analytics Contribution Tracker?
The Analytics Contribution Tracker provides users with a comprehensive timeline view of their organization's data submission status across multiple fiscal years and products. It serves as the central tracking system for monitoring which data sets have been submitted, are in progress, or need attention, clearly indicating whether data is included in analytics or not for each fiscal year.
Accessing Analytics Contribution Tracker
Click the βοΈ Settings icon in the top-right corner of any screen
Select "Analytics Contribution Tracker" from the settings menu
Key Functions
Track chronological history of all data submission activities
Clearly indicate data inclusion status in analytics ("Included" vs. "Not included")
Provide contextual actions based on data status
Allow submission of completed data
Enable unlocking of previously submitted data for editing
Navigate directly to input forms and reports for specific data sets
Data Submission Management
The Analytics Contribution Tracker interface displays a table listing all fiscal years and their corresponding data sets (Benchmark and Compensation), showing submission status, last action taken, and who performed the action.
Viewing Submission Status
The main screen shows:
Survey: The fiscal year and module (Benchmark or Compensation)
Data status: Whether the data is "Included" (green) or "Not included" (orange) in analytics
Last action: Who performed the last action and when it occurred
Action menu: Three-dot menu with context-specific options
Submitting New Data
To submit data that has been entered but not yet included in analytics:
Navigate to Analytics Contribution Tracker (Settings > Analytics Contribution Tracker)
Locate the relevant fiscal year and module showing "Not included" status
Click the three-dot menu icon in that row
Select "Submit [Year] data" from the menu
Complete the submission process as directed
Once submitted, the status will change to "Included" and the data will become part of the platform's analytics.
Unlocking Previously Submitted Data
To make changes to data that has already been submitted:
Navigate to Analytics Contribution Tracker (Settings > Analytics Contribution Tracker)
Locate the relevant fiscal year and module showing "Included" status
Click the three-dot menu icon in that row
Select "Unlock [Year] data" from the menu
Make necessary changes to the unlocked data
Resubmit the data when finished
When data is unlocked, its status returns to "Not included" until it is submitted again.
Accessing Input Forms
To navigate directly to input forms for a specific year:
Navigate to Analytics Contribution Tracker (Settings > Analytics Contribution Tracker)
Locate the relevant fiscal year and module
Click the three-dot menu icon in that row
Select "Go to Input Forms" from the menu
The system will take you to the appropriate input forms for that year/module
Viewing Reports
To view reports for submitted data:
Navigate to Analytics Contribution Tracker (Settings > Analytics Contribution Tracker)
Locate a year/module with "Included" status
Click the three-dot menu icon in that row
Select "Go to Dashboard Report" (for Benchmark) or "Go to Compensation Report" (for Compensation)
The system will navigate to the appropriate report view

Important Considerations
Data must be submitted to be included in analytics and visible to other organizations
Unlocking previously submitted data temporarily removes it from analytics until resubmitted
The system maintains a complete audit trail of all submission activities
Both Benchmark and Compensation modules have separate tracking for each fiscal year
Available actions in the context menu vary based on the status of the data
Troubleshooting
