The Analytics Contribution Tracker shows your organization's data submission history across all fiscal years and products.
It is the central place to monitor submission status, reopen submitted data for edits, and confirm whether your data is included in analytics.
Access it at ⚙️ Settings > Analytics Contribution Tracker.
Submission Status
Each fiscal year and product (Benchmark and Compensation) displays one of two statuses:
Included: data has been submitted and is included in analytics
Not Included: data has not been submitted or has been reopened for editing
Reopening a Submission
Locate the fiscal year and product you want to edit, click the 3-dot menu on that row and select "Unlock [year] data"
Click Continue in the confirmation popup
Make your edits in the Data Inputs
Click Review Before Submit to resubmit your data for inclusion in the analytics
Good to Know
Reopening a submission changes its status to Not Included until you submit again
The Last Action column shows who performed each action and when.
