Review & Submit Process

Conducting the Review

Before submitting, click Review Before Submit in the top-right corner of the Data Inputs screen. This walks you through each page automatically — nothing is submitted until you click Submit.

As you review, check the following:

  • Cross-check entries against source documents

  • Review year-over-year changes for reasonability

  • Verify that calculated totals on Page 1b tie to your financials

  • Confirm that anomalies are explained in the notes field on Page 1a

Submitting

  1. Navigate to the Review and Submit screen — confirm you're on the correct fiscal year

  2. Review the summary of all entered data

  3. Certify accuracy on each line

  4. Click Submit

After Submission

Your data is immediately included in benchmarking reports. Our team will review your submission and contact you if we have questions. You can track status at ⚙️ Settings > Analytics Contribution Tracker.

Making Changes After Submission

  1. Go to ⚙️ Settings > Analytics Contribution Tracker

  2. Locate your submission and use the 3-dot menu to reopen it

  3. Make your edits and resubmit
