Understanding Compensation Reports

Updated over a month ago

Compensation reports are organized into three sections: Principal Administrator (executive compensation and demographics), Departmental (compensation by functional area), and All Positions (organization-wide analysis). All reports group data by budget size and show full cohort, group, and three-year trend views where available.

Data Protection

A minimum of three organizations is required before any data point is displayed. Individual organization data is never shown β€” all values are aggregated. Your budget group is highlighted in reports, but your organization's specific figures are not identifiable to other users.

What Reports Show

Each data table displays count, low, median, average, and high values for the reporting group. Three-year trend charts show median values by budget group. Your group is highlighted in light blue.
