The My Organization module stores your organization's core profile information — name, address, legal structure, and key metrics used for benchmarking and peer group assignment.
Access it at ⚙️ Settings > My Organization.
General Tab
Contains basic contact and identification details: organization name, type, physical address, and contact information.
If you need to update the address, click into the Search Organization Address input and enter enough information until you see the correct address auto-populate in the Google dropdown, then select it. Address data will be entered below automatically.
Background Tab
Contains organizational characteristics used in benchmarking: founding year, legal structure, square footage from revenue-generating spaces, and total number of venues.
Changes made here update your organization's profile across the platform. Org Admin access is required to edit either tab.
