What is the My Organization module?
The My Organization module allows users to manage and maintain fundamental organizational profile information. It serves as the central location for storing key organizational details that are used throughout the Performance Analytics platform, such as organization name, address, size metrics, and legal status.
Accessing My Organization
Click the βοΈ Settings icon in the top-right corner of any screen
Select "My Organization" from the settings menu (it's typically listed at the top)
Key Functions
Manage basic organization identity information
Update contact details and physical address
Specify organizational characteristics (venues, square footage, founding year)
Define legal structure and organization type
Maintain core metrics used for benchmarking and peer group assignment
Organization Profile Management
The My Organization interface is divided into two main tabs:
General: Contains basic contact and identification details
Background: Contains organizational characteristics and key details
Viewing Organization Information
The General tab displays:
Organization name
Organization type
Physical address
Contact information (phone, fax)
The Background tab displays:
Founding year
Legal structure
Square footage from revenue-generating spaces
Total number of venues
Updating General Information
To update your organization's basic details:
Navigate to My Organization (Settings > My Organization)
Ensure you're on the "General" tab
Modify any information that needs updating:
Organization name
Organization type (dropdown selection)
Address information (with search functionality)
Contact details (phone, fax)
Click the "Update" button to save your changes
Updating Background Information
To update your organization's characteristics:
Navigate to My Organization (Settings > My Organization)
Click on the "Background" tab
Modify any information that needs updating:
Founding Year
Legal Structure (dropdown selection)
Gross Square Footage
Total Number of Venues
Click the "Update" button to save your changes
